Inside
Sales and Telemarketing Position
- responsible
for the sales and promotion of office furniture, ergonomic solutions
and related components to:
-
Canadian Federal Government
-
Healthcare Institutions
-
Corporate Accounts
- telemarketing
and inside sales support to:
-
initiate and identify new business opportunities
-
support existing accounts
-
provide information and sales support to clients
- working
with the CFG Sales Personnel in a team environment by providing support
as needed
- reporting
to the Office Manager for all aspects of this position, as well as in
the adaptation and implementing of policies and procedures to ensure
the efficiency and streamlining of this process
- adaptation
and modifying of the marketing process to better address the client
contact and information flow, in order to establish new accounts and
increase in sales.
- to work
in a fast-paced, team oriented environment where the bottom line is
not always "just getting the sale" but in providing the correct
solution to the client, as well as ensuring that the complete sales
process (business development-quoting-ordering-installing-followup)
is accurate and efficient for all involved.
Salary
Range: $26,000 to $32,000 - commensurate with experience
PLUS commissions on new business development and existing customer order
support
PLUS an
Employee Health Plan provided after 3 months of employment
PLUS two
weeks vacation after the 1st year of employment (4% Vacation Pay provided
on all earnings)
TERM: Full
time employment 40 hours per week (flexible) with a typical work day from
8:30am to 4:30pm.
